Business Administrator – Middle Township in Cape May County, NJ, is seeking a full-time Business Administrator. Under the direction of a three-member Township Committee, the Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Township. He/she will coordinate and oversee the activities of all departments including budgetary development and fiscal monitoring, policy reviews as well as directing all aspects of its labor relations and collective bargaining. The Administrator will be required to attend all Township meetings and be readily accessible to the public to discuss Township business. The Administrator will be the point person in working with municipal, county, state and federal government entities on behalf of the Township. Candidate is expected to have extensive knowledge and experience in municipal government in the State of NJ. Candidate should also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Public/Business Administration or a related field with a Master’s Degree preferred. Salary will commensurate with experience within a range of $95,000 to $115,000 plus a generous benefits package.
