PART-TIME ACCOUNT CLERK/ FINANCE DEPARTMENT – Township of Middle, Cape May County, NJ
The Township of Middle is accepting applications for the position of part-time Account Clerk in the Finance Department. Applicants may be responsible for all municipal finance governmental functions, including, payroll, pension reports, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, grants and escrow accounts management. Training will be provided. The successful candidate should have strong analytical skills and provide leadership in all financial dealings of the Township. Must have the ability to interact well with the public and officials. Applicants must be able to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, have strong attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills and be a self-starter, with minimal oversight. Strong book keeping skills are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel, is mandatory.
