Any property owner in Middle Township wanting to construct, reconstruct or add onto an existing building would come to this office to find out their setback requirements.
All Zoning complaints can be reported to this office for investigation.
Public notices must be published in the Cape May County Herald, the official newspaper of the Township, at least ten days prior to the hearing date.
