Middle Township: Creating business friendly environments will be the topic at the Middle Township Economic Development Council (EDC) open meeting on Tuesday, March 6, 6 pm at Middle Township Hall, 2 South Boyd Street, Cape May Court House. Guest speaker William Seas, a chartered financial analyst, will discuss data-driven decision making and public/private partnerships. He has more than 25 years directing US Foreign assistance programs addressing emerging economy private sector development, public sector efficiency, access to finance, legal and regulatory reform, and national level economic competitiveness. His extensive background includes work in the United States, Serbia, Romania, United Arab Emirates and Jordan. He has served as an adjunct faculty member of the undergraduate business program at Towson University, the MBA program of Johns Hopkins University and as a Fellow for the Columbia University “The Next Generation Project”.
Middle´s EDC hosts monthly open meetings to explore and discuss increasing employment and economic opportunities for local residents. One of the primary goals is to make Middle Township more attractive for businesses to expand and grow with the goal of well-paying jobs, amenities for the residents and tourists, and a stronger local economy.
