REBECCA FOX NAMED MIDDLE NOVEMBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
Rebecca Fox, an administrative clerk in Middle Township’s Public Works Department, has been named the Township’s November Employee of the Month. Rebecca joined the Township team in December 2023 and will be publicly honored at the Township Committee Meeting on December 2nd.
Fox received two nominations for the monthly award.
Deputy Chief Financial Officer Dan Shustack praised Rebecca for her exceptional work ethic and professionalism.
“Rebecca has a remarkable attention to detail, which has ensured the accurate processing of invoices and the management of accounts for various Public Works functions,” Shustack said. “Her ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with precision has helped streamline the department’s operations, resulting in smoother workflows.”
In addition to her technical skills, Rebecca’s collaborative and customer-focused approach has made her an invaluable team member. Her positive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities have earned her the respect and admiration of her coworkers. Rebecca’s dedication goes beyond her routine tasks, as she is always seeking ways to improve departmental processes.
Assistant Public Works Superintendent Dave Maahs also nominated Fox for the award.
“Rebecca has been a pleasure to work with every day,” Maahs said. “She has shown a love for her job and takes pride in assisting residents. She has received numerous compliments from township residents for her kind and professional service.”
The Middle Township Employee of the Month program was created by the Township Committee to honor employees who exemplify the Township’s commitment to excellent service and going the extra mile for residents. The program culminates in the Darius Graham Employee of the Year award, named in honor of one of the Township’s most beloved employees in its history.
Nominations for the Employee of the Month program are available at Township Hall at three locations: the Human Resources and Training Department and the Administration Department. Residents who have had positive interactions with any Middle Township employee are encouraged to pick up a one-page nomination form and submit it on the employee’s behalf.
