Recreation Leader Lisa Cermanski Named Middle’s Employee of the Month
Middle Township Recreation Leader/Special Events Coordinator Lisa Cermanski has been named the Township Employee of the Month. Cermanski was recognized for her hard work and creative promotion of the Township’s ambitious special events calendar.
“I want to congratulate Lisa for this well-earned recognition,” Committeeman Jim Norris said. “The positive energy Lisa brings to every task and project are a big reason for the success of our recreation programs and special events.”
Cermanski was nominated for the Employee of the Month honor by Recreation Department co-worker Sammy Caraballo. Caraballo praised Cermanski for excelling in her dual roles. Lisa joined the Township team in November 2018.
“Lisa has excelled in her position while serving in two roles,” Caraballo said. “She is a tireless worker. She goes above and beyond for our kids and all the Township’s residents.”
Cermanski leads the team that plans and coordinates the Township’s parades, festivals, and holiday celebrations and she also developed the popular Gym Tots program.
Currently the Special Events team is gearing up for the Township’s popular Summer Concert Series at the Ockie Wisting Recreation Complex in Rio Grande.
